Although this is something that self-professed audiophiles actively avoid, those of us who want to use these for exercise will thoroughly enjoy the bass boost in balanced mode. That said, the earbuds isolate noise well, so you’re going to want to keep to the sidewalks and designated paths to stay safe. Just pausing your tunes takes two taps, which feels like one too many, and if you accidentally trigger the Be Aware mode it’s hard to remember how to turn it off again.
