I guess I just feel if you have some kind of positive advice or if are giving negative reviews that have a valid justification, that’s cool. From what I could discover online it's just a name for sloppy joes - like the video above that winterybella shared.

I make this with 2-3 cups cooked lentils instead of ground beef, and add a lot more onion and bell pepper (1/2 to one whole large green bell pepper, and 1/2-3/4 cup diced onion.But I kept cooking them until the onions were just slightly brown and the peppers were getting soft. I just figured it was something a manly, meaty sandwich or something - and it turns out I was kind of right! My husband adores Manwich and would prefer Sloppy Joes made with meat, but I knew the sauce was a keeper when he went back for seconds of the Lentil Joes.
