Brilliant also has the royal seal of approval – it's Prince Charles' favourite, and Princess Anne and Camilla Parker Bowles have also both dined there. Dipna's first cookbook, Beyond Brilliant: Inspired Indian Cooking, reveals her success in the kitchen and her top 50 Indian recipes, largely inspired by her family-owned restaurant, which serves up traditional Punjabi cuisine and has been voted "Ramsay's Best Restaurant".

Illustrated with stunning images from award-winner snapper Jodi Hinds, it revealed the secrets behind the Anand family’s famous restaurant, the Brilliant in Southall. She's a woman on a mission - a mission to prove that Indian food can be tasty and good for you at the same time. Since the book was published, Dipna has presented it to David Cameron and Prince Charles, and appeared on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and BBC Radio London’s Gaby Roslin.
