Our interesting fact; Glenkinchie has the largest pot still in Scotland with a capacity of 21,000 litres. An old edition of the 10 year old from one of the few distilleries remaining in the Lowlands. We associate Glenkinchie with herbal, floral, full-bodied Lowland flavours. It wasn’t until 1881 that whisky-making restarted, when a group of Edinburgh investors, seeing the rise in blended whisky sales, came on board.
