The Zhiyun Weebill S is a budget-friendly gimbal that combines a lightweight yet robust design with relative ease of use on a wide range of DSLR and mirrorless cameras. The long battery life – which lasts up to 14 hours – allows you to keep the camera and gimbal running for long takes, with the camera’s battery life more likely to be an issue than that of the gimbal. Despite its smaller dimensions, Zhiyun claims these motors to have 300% more torque while being 50% more responsive than predecessors.

It has a powerful motor to control zoom, whereas the lighter-weight TransMount Lite is designed for focus control only. The Weebill-S also is for normal users and professionals who don't mind a little more complexity for more functionality. Go mode (GO): The roll motor is locked, and the tilt and pan motors quickly follow the rotation of the handle. However, the real power of the app and smartphone combo is unlocked if you are also using the TransMount Image Transmission Module, an optional accessory.
