The difference between my previous mirrors and my new ones is fantastic, I can’t believe the difference in my field of vision when towing. There is a bit of a knack to fitting the EMUK mirrors, the first time took me a few attempts but one or two attempts later and it's pleasantly simple to put them on the car. Having tried other brands I'd 100% recommend the EMUKs, they are very good quality and actually look like a factory option. Been using my EMUK mirrors for a couple of years best ones I’ve had so far, not sure if there’s much of a market for selling them secondhand as they are car specific. I 'gave away' our Aero's with our previous caravan in 2018 and I'd heard good things about EMUK's plus heard of attachment issues on our model car for Aero's so I've opted so spend a bit more this time.

We had our first weekend away with the EMUK towing mirrors and I have to say they are in my humble opinion far better than the Milenco Aero mirrors we had before. Conveniently large and crystal clear, and always vibration-free thanks to the ingenious construction. I just have a low threshold for messing about with things (inevitably in the rain because camping holidays in the UK) which might fly off at 60mph and damage my car, caravan or someone else's vehicle. Weer voor de Emukspiegels gekozen op onze R Roc omdat ik het een fijne spiegel vind trillingsvrij en vrij eenvoudig te plaatsen hiervoor 6 jaar spiegels voor de sportsvan gehad en waarom dan een ander merk nemen zijn veelal wel goedkoper maar ook wel eens 1 verloren. I use milenco grand aeros but they have cracked both mirror surrounds , so I would not recommend them for your G05 X5.Waar ik deze steunen en spiegels eerder voor mijn BMW 1serie heb gehad die perfect passen zijn de beugels voor mijn Volkswagen T-roc niet helemaal passend. Best bet would probably be to join one of the owners groups for the car model if trying to sell them in a hurry. Eerst een ander merk genomen wat universeel is op verschillende merken van auto, maar is niet te vergelijken mestvee stabiliteit van deze houder!

The build quality on the EMUK ones is slightly rediculous, a huge chunk of machined aluminium for the body, if anything I'd say they are overbuilt. after years of other off the shelf towing mirrors that either blew off on the motorway or fell off due to pot holes, these are by far the best i have ever come across excellent fit and absolutely rock solid fitting, though expensive when compared to the others they are well worth the money spent. Klein - puntje dat onze wagen net nieuw is (ford kuga) en dat de pinkers in de spiegels volledig worden afgedekt door de beugel. I got EMUK mirrors and would highly recommend spending the extra money too as the Milenco’s I had originally broke the mirror casing.They don't have a strap, it's a metal bar lined with rubber which is formed to fit snugly around the car mirror and held in place with a small clamp/thumbscrew. As previous post implied the EMUK ones are not cheap but they are very robust, fit really well and I have had no problems with them at all. As A result I now understand how difficult it is to make really good mirrors, As a marketable product they would cost a few hundred pounds! The EMUK caravan mirror can remain fitted to power-folding wing mirrors without having to be removed.

The mirrors go on exactly enough that the adjustment was perfect when I put them back on after the long weekend to come home. Eerst gereden met een ander goed merk welke geklemd moest worden boven of onderaan de auto spiegel , de CX5 autospiegel werd daarbij zowat gekraakt is deze Emuk een verademing, snel super veilig vast te monteren zonder het kunstof van de autospiegels te pletten. I didn't have a problem with the image in the Milenco mirrors but it's fair to say that EMUK ones are rock steady with no high frequency vibration even at motorway speeds.
