About this deal

It really is a good charger; I just bought a second one last week so I can charge 4 batteries at once lol. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. If you want to charge equal amount of 6S lipo on both sides, then you should set both channels to 200W/22. Hota doubled the AC power from 200W in the D6 Pro to 400W in the S6, while DC performance remains the same at 650W.

It does offer a decent UI and mostly does everything, which is nice, but I suspect that you can find something better for less. Intelligent Upgrade, Fast Experience - Built-in Micro USB connector for a much more easier and faster firmware upgrade. It’s like a buzzing sound, a constant bzzzzzz (reminds me of cicada in the summer) coming from, I don’t know, the coil maybe?

Safe and Reliable, Easy and Effective : The most advanced circuit design and charging algorithm ensures a much more reliable charging and discharging no matter at overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short circuit and other anomalies.

Compatible with- LiHv/LiPo/LiFe/Lilon/Lixx : 1~6S; NiZn/Nicd/NiMH : 1~16S; Smart Battery : 1~6S; Lead Acid(Pb) : 2~24V; Enelop : 1~16S. Never charge a LiPo pack that has ballooned or swelled due to over / under charging or from a crash.

It's a little bigger, than the D6 Duo, but another plus to me is the metal frame instead of plastic. overheating protection, time-exceeding protection, capacity protection, input reverse protection, output protection, short circuit protection, output current protection, over output voltage protection, overcharge protection. Large IPS Screen-faster response, larger viewing angle, true color, excellent dynamic picture, no water mark, environmental protection. Wireless Charging, it can be used perfectly for iPhoneX, iPhone8, Samsung S8 and many other mobile devices.

I strongly recommend checking yours against a calibrated voltage checker and calibrate it accordingly to ensure LiPo safety. If you already own the D6 Pro, I don’t think the improvements in the S6 is enough to justify an upgrade.Hello Sir, when charging a radio transmitter battery that only have three pins to go into the balance socket of the Hota D6 pro… which side should I put ? I’m charging a lot of cycles of 2s and 3s LiPos, atm, due to flying a tinywhoop around the house…so 2 of these is a welcome addition to my greedy little house quad. I can't stand long videos as a medium for information, so if someone who enjoys it could summarize in a text post, I'd be grateful, and I'm sure that would be appreciated by others too. For charging at home, I think size and weight are not a huge concern, but if you often take the charger to the field then the D6 Pro is a more portable option.

Note that with DC powered, you can use the full 700W power (350W per channel), but with AC, the max power is limited to 200W (100W per channel). So in theory the max amp for a single channel in AC can be higher than DC, however due to the charge current limit, 15A is the highest you can set. overheating protection, time-exceeding protection, capacity protection, inputreverse protection, output protection, short circuit protection, output current protection, over output voltage protection, overcharge protection.Them big chargers I had did like 15 per side but was a massive charger and also had no balance functions. I wish the amperage was higher so you can power a soldering or even another charger from it for charging smaller batteries, it would be more useful.
