Consult a plumber, if you are unsure about attempting a DIY repair. on turning my shower on yesterday it tripped the power and i had to re set the rcd in fusebox. do i need a new element or just new on /off switch i also have been told it might be the pcb board please can you advise me

I have a Triton T80si. The shower itself is fine, but we have constant problems with the fitting on the wall, which the shower head fit into. The first one split so the shower head wouldn't stay in place, so we bought a 'universal' fitting. Now the knob on the side , which should tighten up, so that the shower head stays in place

Hi I seem to have a leak on my triton t80si (one that is connected straight to the mains supply). It appears to be coming from the Pressue Switch/flag assembly but I can't see this part on your list do you sell them? Thank you for your help Carl.
