Loved this cook book - the intentions behind it (to raise awareness about and money for the Hubb Community Kitchen in England), the beautiful pictures, and the delicious recipes provided by the Muslim women who use the kitchen. Menus we love: ‘Curry Night’, which includes sharing plates of aubergine dal, turmeric paneer, fluffy naan and a dessert. Opening it and seeing all the recipes, I was amazed at all the different cultures that had been laced into the book.
