This is the third book in the Enigma series and it is just as fast paced and thrill filled as the first book. One of the things about this series is how we are shown how Isabella Brahn has been through a lot, and has had to fight for everything she believes in and loves, we are shown that no matter how hard she fights, she can’t always win. This story goes from strength to strength, I can’t wait to read the next story in the series. You can’t help but watch her fight and want to stand alongside her holding her hand and getting the punching bag ready.I just finished reading Book 1 of this series and I absolutely HAD to grab Book #2. Gotta say, however, that I'm really frustrated that I now need to go grab Book #3. Dang! Another cliffhanger! I love a series, but much prefer some sense of closure with each book. This book i dont belive was meant to be a stand alone because I am sure you wouldn't understand anything if you didn't read book one first. Mystery, intrigue, suspense, romance, and hot sexual encounters are just some of the many things you will find in this series. Isaac Holt is a very beautiful man, he is an enigma to many, he seems to have popped up from nowhere and has made money that the FBI can’t seem to figure out the history behind, leading them to investigate him and try to figure him out. Isaac is used to woman falling at his feet, he’s rich, powerful and hot, a combination that makes woman weak at the knees. When one falls into his lap twice it seems like fate. This second book was better. I found myself not leaving as many bad comments, and it wasn’t overly stupid! Obviously, there’s still stuff to talk about though. This one was a solid 2/5 stars.

But when she arrives at her destination she is given a file that will help brief her on her assignment, when she opens it, she sees the sexy face of the man who’d helped on the flight. I've known for months that Isabelle was hiding something in her beautiful chocolate eyes. I just had no clue that it was something so mammoth. Over the past five years, I’ve become accustomed to the vicious ploys some women undertake to capture my attention. The spilled drinks, the damsel in distress. Hell, I’ve even been propositioned with money from wealthy business associates in my industry just for the chance of occupying my bed for one night. But Isabelle was by far the most elaborate ruse I’ve ever come across. The woman that invades my every waking thought is an undercover FBI Agent. A stringent ruse to pry me of privy information that no one outside of my inner circle has access to. It took me a year to realize that this review would never be perfect. It would never fully encompass everything that this book means to me. It will never fully encompass what Isaac is and what he means to me, after all he is an Enigma 😉 Isaac has known for months that Isabelle was hiding something. He knew their was more to her story, than what she was willing to tell him. But he didn't understand the magnitude of her secret, until she is the one arresting him and putting him in jail.

I love that we still have chapters from both Isaac and Isabelle’s POV. We also get to find out more about Regan in this book too, the name floated about in previous books but we formally get introduced to the character in this book! I’m not quite sure I’m going to view cupcake frosting in the same light again thought after this book! After a chance meeting, Isabelle was falling at Isaac Holt's feet--literally. His enigmatic personality set her pulse racing, but no matter how much Izzy craves Isaac's touch, she can't have him. Morally and ethically, he is off limits. He is the enemy. Isaac Holt is a man of mystery, and danger… and not to mention,dripping of sex appeal and charisma. He has become quite accustomed to the vicious ploys some women undertake to capture his attention. But only one woman has his love and attention… Isabelle. Isaac is a worthy business man in his small town of a town called Ravenshoe. Isaac owns half of the town. Isaac also being investigated by the FBI. He knows they are always watching him. What he don't know is he felling in love with an agent. After being in the investigation room for two hours on some obviously fabricated charges that he hasn't been informed of what they are. No still hasn't seen any of the FBI agents that arrested him including Isabelle. He tells the police officer to change him or let him go. Isabelle, or Izzy, is new to the FBI. She just got her first assignment to a team and is excited to finally be accomplishing the goals that she has been living for her whole life. Izzy also has a past that not many know or understand and that in many ways makes her an Enigma too.
