In our testing, the humidifier increased the humidity of our space by an average of 8% on the high setting from 10 feet away. In addition to its output, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the humidifier was in our testing. The soft bubbling sound proved non-disruptive, even on the highest setting. The TaoTronics Space-Saving Filterless Humidifier doesn't come with any fancy features, but you don't necessarily need any. It's lightweight, easy to fill and clean, adjusts with a simple dial knob, is small enough to fit on nightstands and desks, and has a 360-degree nozzle so you can better aim the stream in specific directions. You may notice white buildup within the humidifier. This is known as scale and could be emitted into the air and cause particles to enter the lungs, leading to health problems.
