About this deal

Being the heir to his family’s media empire, Declan is the CEO of a major legacy, but his grandfather’s will stipulates that he must marry and have an heir of his own. His assistant Iris then volunteers for the job, and the position seems simple at first; get married and have a baby together. They’re not supposed to fall in love, that is until a passion between them both begins to grow, one that they desperately try to fight off. Will they both end up together finally, is Declan going to continue his family’s legacy, and just what are the terms and conditions? I would like to put this line in my review because it's undeniable the most annoying line I have ever come across- "Safe to say yoga is not my workout of choice. Namaste in bed, thank you very much" What does it even mean??

Scared of me contesting your three-title standing? Thought you’d be happy with me staying in your shadow, forever trying to catch up to the legendary Nicholas Slade.” Distaste colors my voice. This might be a reach, but this book also was very similar to Off Campus. Noah was kind of like Garret. Similar dad issues. An athlete. His three other friends. Never wanted more until THE girl. It seemed like the deal, but the race car version. Always looking out for exciting new ideas to help inspire her next novel, she’s always taking inspiration from the world around her. Visiting numerous different restaurants in her spare time, she’s got an active imagination when it comes to creating different novels. Still writing to this day, she’s got a busy schedule with more books and series planned for release in the near future. do i recommend this book to anyone? yes, if you want to read about a horny man, this is definitely the book for you seeing as how noah (guy with the denim orbs) is constantly turned on. if you would like to preserve your braincells, then you should stay away from this book.My life went full-blown Dreamland princess in less than an hour. But instead of a prince on a horse, I ended up with Rowan–the perfect kind of morally gray hero I love reading about. So her brother getting into one of the big F1 teams at the time is very stonks for her. She can follow him around in the name of vlogging and establish herself as a vlogger, and something more than Santi Alatorre's sister. But oh no! She has the hots for her brother's new teammate! Being in kahoots with your brother's rival is an absolute no-no. I will still read Terms and Conditions, cause I already bought it and I kinda have to. I'm petty and don't want to waste my money, excuse the fact that I already did but yeah... This is the most artificial love story I've ever read. The forced connection between the main characters is despicable, literally what is going on. It's giving Wattpad, and that is not a compliment.

I enjoyed this book a lot. IT kept me on my toes and the tension was amazing. From the very beginning I was interested. You can kind of tell that this is her first book which is why it isn't perfect or why in reality I'm rating it 3.75. This book isn't smut with plot. It has a plot with a subplot of romance. You actually learn a lot about F1 racing in this book. Kind of makes me want to watch some real F1 racing in the future at some point. And the sheer number of outfit changes in this book. Please, we didn't need descriptions of every single scandalous dress and too-short skirt that she wore. I could picture that enough from Noah's in-depth descriptions, thank you very much. I mean, could she be wearing any more clothes? I've been reading gossip about those different drivers. Men like Liam Zander and Noah Slade pop up all the time, and you should see what women say about them. Don't get my started on Jax, that man and don’t even get me started on noah (he has blue eyes btw). for more than half the book, he acted like an asshole and then pinned all his shitty behaviour on his mommy and daddy issues? as? if? that? just? fixes? everything? he’d do something terrible, feel bad and then say, “sigh... if only i didn’t have daddy issues. if only my dad’s gaze wasn’t cold enough to rival the arctic ocean... i’d be a better man.”
