The pad would just be for my 2 year old son and my 4 year old daughter to ride on the leadrein with. He has a very short back so fitting a saddle will be tricky and I think this would be a good start for the kids just so they can get a feel for the pony a bit better and possibly get a deeper seat like we would get if we were riding bare back.The Velociti GARA Pony Pad features a suede seat, comfy knee rolls, rolled leather balance strap (please note this may come with clips on unlike in the photo), stainless steel stirrup bars and stainless steel D-rings. The pad will not be sufficient on it's own for riding properly and definitely not for an adult or larger rider. Due to the shape of the Shetland Forma, we don’t offer embroidery options – but we can embroider the Shetland Classic. The Shires Velociti GARA Pony Pad also boasts a suede seat for extra grip, and stainless steel fixings. All deliveries within mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are via a parcel or courier service between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday – Friday.
