I do wish that it had leaned a little bit farther into the critical research realm and out of the self help realm. And in the same vein I wish that it took more time to analyze emotion and actually showcase some of the self reflection mentioned throughout the latter half of the book rather than focusing on a detailed and linear accounting of events.
