About this deal

Allergen information is based on recipe and ingredient composition. Please note that this product will be manufactured in a production facility that is working with a big variety of different raw materials inclusive wheat, gluten, milk, egg, soy, nut, peanut and sesame seed products. There is a much higher carb content with this bar compared to Carb Killas and that is completely intentional. Made with wholesome oats, each bar weighs in at 80g (compared to 60g for the Carb Killa) and has the same 20g of protein, 32g of carbohydrate and 11g of fat. So far so good and those macros will work well for most people on either a standard nutritional plan or those looking to bulk. The only real downside with this bar in terms of its nutritional content is that is contains 20g of sugar – most of which comes from the golden syrup that binds the whole thing together and is the most prevalent ingredient (making up 24% of the bar). Protein bars can be a healthier alternative to chocolate bars, offering additional nutrition. When eaten in moderation, they can be a great addition to a healthy, balanced diet and can help you to achieve your fitness goals. Are protein bars good for you?
