The fact that my child can read a story featuring (and looking like) herself is absolutely adorable. It is about a little boy who “feels” invisible because he is excluded by the other children in his class.Scientific evidence has proven that kindness changes the brain, impacts the heart and immune system, is an antidote to depression, improves relationships and even slows the ageing process.

One of our favorites is The Invisible Boy (someone feeling left out), and Those Shoes (about a boy that couldn’t afford nice sneakers). The Little Book of Kindness" is the perfect reminder on how important being kind and compassionate is, and what a difference it can make to people's lives.
