About this deal

The Death Guard box does have a ton of value, but it comes mainly in the form of Poxwalkers, so that is hard to gauge. It is the box for you if you want a lot of Poxwalkers. Fortunately, the Norn-Queens have been hard at work splicing together a new Combat Patrol box, which is ideal whether you’re brand new to the Tyranids or have been on board since Hive Fleet Behemoth was first sighted. Angron was amongst the first to throw his lot in with Horus Lupercalat the outbreak of the Horus Heresy, desperate to vent his rage against the Emperor. Tasked by the Warmaster with disrupting the Ultramarines legion in the galaxy’s Eastern fringe and keeping their huge reserve forces from joining the wider conflict, the World Eaters and the Word Bearers assaulted the realm of Ultramar. Here, the atrocities committed by both forces were so great thatthe Word Bearer’s Primarch LorgarAureliantore open a colossal warpstorm, and Angron was rewarded, ascending as a daemon primarch of Khorne. Lord Invocatus (155 points) • Warlord • 1x Bolt Pistol 1x Coward’s Bane 1x Juggernaut’s bladed horn

The army is actually split into two subfactions, the main World Eaters army list and the ‘ Disciples of the Red Angel’. The Disciples are Angron’s daemonic party posse, plus their land raider low riders. In exchange for a restricted army list, the Disciples get different stratagems, relics, and warlord traits. They also getobjective secured and unique buffs for thenew ‘Eightbound’ units. Though it’s not explicit in the World Eaters’ codex, you can also bring a patrol detachment of Khorne chaos daemons as allies. Codex Chaos Daemonsnotes that a daemonic patrol detachment that makes up no more than a quarter ofyour overall force gains the Agents of Chaos keyword, meaning it doesn’t interfere with any of your army abilities. So if you want Angron to bring along a Bloodthirster blood-drinking buddy, go for it. it followed a similar template to the Beast Snagga launch: the boxed set was available for a short time and included a limited-edition copy of the new codex, which released independently a few weeks after. Now it’s out in the wild, and includes a multitude of datasheets, Strategems, Relics, Warlord Traits, and more for the most fastidious enforcers of Imperial might. Once you’ve got your basecoats down, you’ll want to layer up some bright and bold colours. This Layer Paint Set of 15 colours contains Altdorf Blue, Auric Armour Gold, Dawnstone, Evil Sunz Scarlet, Flash Gitz Yellow, Karak Stone, Kislev Flesh, Runefang Steel, Screaming Skull, Skarsnik Green, Warboss Green, Warpstone Glow, White Scar, Skrag Brown, and Gorthor Brown. It looks pretty similar to the Leagues of Votann army box with two main changes. First, they took out the second squad of warriors and the other character. Replacing that is 5 Berserks (including the mole cannon option).Overall, of all the Combat Patrol Boxes, the new Genestealer Cults is a pretty good value in terms of both pricing and selection of models. This box for the new season of Kill Team was revealed on October 14, 2023. It features a rulebook for the new season, as well as two new kill teams: The Space Marine Scouts (see above under Space Marine Images) and the Striking Scorpions pictured here:

In 10th edition there are very few restrictions on how you build armies, and two World Eaters Combat Patrols would make an excellent, if infantry-heavy, start to your force. No, I don’t think this book is undermuscled – I think it’s lean. All the units have defined roles. Jakhals are cheap objective grabbers with low survivability but combat teeth your opponent can’t ignore; Berserkers remain a terrifying melee mincing machine; Terminators are largely unchanged from the main Chaos Space Marines codex , providing a relatively flexible loadout as well as the ability to deep strike. Also making T’au enthusiasts happyis this book’s success in making a far wider variety of potential T’au battle-plans and list-building options competitively viable after a long period wheremost lists were dominated by triple Riptidebattlesuits, Coldstar T’au Commanders, hordes of Drones, and not much else. Old favorites like Crisis Battlesuit squads, Devilfish transports, and Hammerhead gunships have been rejuvenated, and T’au-heads are loving it.

This new Cryptek character sculpt for the Necrons was revealed at the World Championships preview on November 18, 2023.

New World Eaters units

A Lord on Juggernaut is a specific type of World Eaters character that rides into battle on a Juggernaut, which is a type of armored mount. The Juggernaut is a massive, bipedal war machine that is heavily armed and armored, and can be ridden by a powerful Chaos Space Marine character. This combination of a powerful Chaos Lord and a Juggernaut mount allows the Lord on Juggernaut to be a formidable force in battle, capable of dealing heavy damage and withstanding large amounts of punishment. The ‘Reborn in Blood’ ability that made him such a pain to (permanently) kill in ninth edition has been reworked. To reincarnate Angron, youneed to spend three sixes from your Blessings of Khorne roll. There’s about a 13% chance of rolling three or more sixes on eight dice.

New special character Lord Invocatus’ unique Warlord trait grants him and two core units a pre-game move, opening up a different strategy for your army – but he’s more expensive and less customisable than a regular Lord on Juggernaut.Choose between them, or take both, as they both provide a small aura that buffs core units’ movement. The daemonic onslaught intensifies, with a Combat Patrol set focused on Khorne. Get the blood flowing with this hefty collection of 34 miniatures, which can be built to reach a Power Level of up to 33 and get you gaming straight away. This Combat Patrol-sized force is led by a fearsome Bloodmaster, ably supported by three Bloodcrushers mounted on Juggernauts, 10 slavering Flesh Hounds, and 20 Bloodletters – making a spectacular basis for a Khornate horde. x1 World Eaters Lord on Juggernaut– This unstoppable juggernaut of a leader can also be built as a Lord Invocatus, making him a versatile addition to your army. He will inspire your troops with his presence and lead them to glorious victory. Scions of their Primarch Angron, Daemon Prince of Khorne, the World Eaters were amongst the most feared of the Space Marines Legions to turn traitor during the brutal civil war known as the Horus Heresy. The World Eaters long held a reputation for wanton savagery, and as they fell to the powers of Chaos, they devolved into warbands of blood-crazed maniacs dedicated to the Taker of Skulls, glorying in violence and slaughter, and with no other purpose than spilling blood in their deity's name.Unfortunately, The value of the Necrons combat patrol is really just based on less than half the contents of the Indomitus Starter Set, with a Doomstalker added in. So, with the value and what’s in this, it’s hard to pass up. Overall, this is a pretty solid box and worth it for most new or seasoned DE players. This is definitely one of the most useful and desirable Combat Patrols they’ve come out with up to this point. Adeptus Mechanicus Combat Patrol The World Eaters were the principle antagonist of the little-known first war for Armageddon. Angron led his sons in an apocalyptic invasion of the vital Imperial industrial world, bringing the world to the verge of ruin before daemon primarch was banished to the warp by the elite daemon hunters of the Grey Knights.
