About this deal

Perhaps, the M905 is just so, so good, that there’s nothing left for Logitech to do, or doing more than what they did with the MX Anywhere 2 might have negative consequences or ruin the end product. The idea is that, for all of these devices, I will only need one mouse to rule them all, One mouse to find them, One mouse to bring them all, and in the darkness bind.

I have been very pleased with the Logitech MX Anywhere 2 Mouse, and if you are someone who travels, and wants to use a mouse to supplement a trackpad on a notebook, this mouse is likely the travel mouse to beat. You can connect to up to three computers using Logitech's included Unifying Receiver USB dongle or opt for Bluetooth connectivity. Tracks virtually anywhereDarkfield™ laser tracking gives you flawless control on virtually any surface, including glass and high-gloss surfaces. It has an integrated rechargeable battery that's supposed to last up to 60 days on a single charge, which is almost double the battery life of the MX Master. To me, the only thing that was missing on the original Anywhere MX is that you can’t charge the mouse battery within the mouse itself. I wasn't able to precisely test battery life, but I haven't had to recharge it in the three weeks I've used it. There's a relatively steep upward curve from the front of the mouse to the middle of the palm rest, which adds support that helps mitigate the small size. The mouse connects via Bluetooth, or you can use the included Pico Unifying Receiver, which will also work with Logitech keyboards. In most cases you probably can just leave it on the laptop you carry around and it’ll be fine because it is so small.

I have them as my daily drivers, the M950 at home on my main workstation, and the M905 accompanies me at the office. Dual wireless connectionConnect to Windows® and Mac® via our smallest-ever Pico Unifying™ receiver or via Bluetooth® Smart wireless technology.

Compatibility Details - USB Port or Bluetooth Smart Ready Device | USB Port Windows 7, Windows 8 or higher Mac OS X 10. Logitech says that one minute of charge will give you one hour of use, and a full charge should last up to two months with six hours of use per day. For such a small mouse, the ergonomics are pretty good, with a nice wide shape and contoured sides for your fingers to rest on. It also supports the Logitech unifying receiver, so you can use that if you do not have access to Bluetooth.

Following 2009's Logitech Anywhere MX mouse, The MX Anywhere 2 has since been followed up by the MX Anywhere 2S and MX Anywhere 3. Visually appealing, with a straightforward design, the rubber finger rests on both flanks vaunt cool geometric patterns, and the contoured metallic lines toward the back of the mouse give it a modern look.

This is not a gaming mouse, so 1600 DPI is generally plenty in my experience and I prefer closer to 1000 for office tasks anyway.

And by acting up I mean that the mouse just starts to lag and jump around like crazy, and turning the mouse itself off and on again doesn’t seem to help but resetting the computer it’s connected to solves this always. The Logitech MX Anywhere 2 was released in 2015, launched as the "mobile version of the award-winning MX Master. Those features, combined with the Flow technology and solid build quality, make the Logitech MX Anywhere 2S an Editors' Choice for travel mice. The MX Anywhere 2 is a right-hand travel mouse, so it is more compact than Logitech’s desktop offerings.
