Some toilet chemical manufacturers, recommend the use of ‘easy to dissolve’ toilet paper. We have always used just normal toilet paper in our Porta Potti toilet with no problems.

Over the years the 'Porta Potti' name has become so widely used and accepted that it has become a generic term used to describe all Portable Toilets, rather than a specific range of Thetford products. As the name implies a Porta Potti is a portable toilet that provides convenience and complete independence from fixed toilet systems.
