A young woman named Erin Lattimer goes on the run with her two children, Amy and Charlie, to escape her abusive husband Darren. Nice Girl: Stacy. She is a very nice person and cares deeply about her best friend Erin that she asks her to come live with her in California if Darren endangers her and the children.
Head Blast: Erin grabs Darren's gun and kills him when she shoots him in the forehead to defeat him and save Wes. Escaping Dad is a 2017 American made-for-TV thriller film on Lifetime, starring Sunny Mabrey, Jason Wiles and Courtney Henggeler. Surprise Pregnancy: Stacy is revealed to be pregnant which she secretly reveals to Erin. It has been only two months, though she hasn't told Jason yet. Cool Boat: Jason and Stacy live on his boat when they move to Santa Barbara. Erin thinks it's a great boat.

Once you get the keys, head to the trap door, open it, and head through it. On a the left side of this underground area is a red lawnmower type vehicle, and on top of it is an antique coin - important items you use to buy upgrades. To be truthful, there's not much new in this story. However, it's well scripted and structured which helps to keep it interesting. There is a slight twist to the tale, though it feels like it's an add-on to make things more engaging. For me, this second story arc wasn't required as the story itself is fine. Along with the directing and acting you have a decent and above average TV Thriller. Complaining Index: Darren reveals that at his wedding, Stacy complained about the music there ... He even calls her a bitch for this. Explore - don't worry about granny, no matter how creepy she looks. There are some notes around to read in the dining room and the living room. In the kitchen part of the dining room there's a herb (used to restore health or craft medkits) in the bin. Inside the room next to the kitchen area is a boot you can examine - it has a name on it. A victim? A family member?

Jerkass Has a Point: When Erin threatens to call the police, Darren is right that there is no chance they'll believe her that Darren is abusing her since he's a respected District Attorney. July 2017: I remember when I was in college, I was a cinema major and one of my college professors told the class that there aren't any new ideas, every film or t.v show has been done at least once. All that has changed is a new twist on an old film idea. After some scenes, you open with the dinner table scene that's been shown a lot in pre-release footage. Eventually you'll regain full control of Ethan. Even though Kohn doesn't add anything new to the direction of the movie, he still brings across a tension, which appears to creep through the film. It's always there, though at times it becomes more evident. He also uses light to subtly create atmosphere. For example, he adds lens flare and haze to make the day look brighter while the runaways are driving. While in the car there's the air of unease, especially on Erin's face.In one corner you'll find a filing cabinet - open it for a herb and some chem fluid, both key crafting items.
