Not strictly a brush head, this is a special type of attachment designed for Oral-B’s range of water flossing units, OxyJet and Aquacare. That makes them superior at cleaning between gaps and small areas giving you a more potent brushing experience. Some might find it a little too harsh, the bristles are fairly stiff, particularly if you compare it to the sensitive head. It is not clear precisely what the bristles have on them but they are designed to resist bacteria build-up, inhibiting the growth of bacteria. However, for those looking to achieve specific results or have special brushing requirements, Oral-B does offer a little more choice.You can really take advantage of this feature if you wish to achieve certain oral hygiene goals, if your needs change over time or if you share a toothbrush handle with someone else.
