About this deal

Unsolved Supernatural is a conflicted read for me. Once I could get past all the incessant chatter, it was easier to read. For such a short book...it was hard to want to even finish. Let me explain why... I managed to push through, just completely skipping over their dialogue, and really enjoyed all the different haunted places they discuss. Some I was familiar with, and some were new to me and they ALL definitely brought the icy chills and creep factors. Morosco, Kayla; Chatham University (May 4, 2018). In 1965, when Fritz was in Chicago, someone from Akron recognised him and went as far as bringing Bader’s niece to identify him. They confronted Fritz about his identity, which he denied, and even found funny.

https://www.estories.com/audiobook/632518/Ryan-Bergara_Shane-Madej_BuzzFeed/BuzzFeed-Unsolved-Supernatural Five young men went missing in California after seemingly being chased up a mountain in their car. Months later, four of their five bodies were found malnourished, but the fifth has never been found. People think since the men were mentally challenged they were targeted or that the 5th man murdered them, but that theory seems unlikely."

How to Vote

This was an incredibly enjoyable audio experience. The use of a serious male narrator reminiscent of a 50s commercial voice-over, countered by snarky little interjections by Shane and Ryan, was a recipe for success. It was hilarious. Some of the children claimed that the creature communicated with them telepathically, and while some of them were traumatised, others were excited. When it comes to ghost stuff, I also felt like the success of a show hinges on its evidence, where this book can't really compare (I want to see the pictures of the orbs!! Hear the disembodied voices!!). I thought this book would have translated better under their True Crime series.

The details after this become a bit fuzzy. After speaking to York, one source said the Bender family fled from their homes, knowing they would soon be caught for their crimes. Another source claimed they seemingly abandoned their homes out of nowhere, and townspeople searched it believing they'd become the latest victims. Either way, the townspeople certainly weren't expecting what they found in the cabin. There was a trap door in the floor, which led to the flood-soaked floor of the cellar. Between the cellar, their well, and a nearby orchard field, eleven bodies in total were found, all with their skulls smashed in. People reported seeing the parents flee to Missouri and the kids to Texas via trains, and locals occasionally reported their whereabouts, the family was never formally caught or tried. In the show's Supernatural seasons, Madej and Bergara discuss alleged paranormal entities, hauntings and demons, often seeking evidence of their existence. Most Supernatural seasons include one alien and one demon-themed episode per season. Some episodes, such as the Roanoke colony and Anneliese Michel episodes, are presented at a desk in a format similar to that of True Crime. However, most involve some sort of in-person investigation.Playlists containing Buzzfeed Unsolved Supernatural by BuzzFeed, Ryan Bergara, Shane Madej Read by Authors, Marc Vietor BuzzFeed Unsolved True Crime and Supernatural were originally co-hosted by Bergara and Brent Bennett until Madej took over from Bennett in late 2016 [5] [14] due to Bennett no longer having enough time to devote to the show's production. Detectives traced a bag they found in the suitcases from the shoes to a shop 130 miles away. An employee described the woman he sold the shoes to, specifying she was well-dressed and had the strange odor of garlic. They later learned that she stayed at a nearby hotel under the name Fenella Lorch. However, nobody by that name had stayed anywhere in Bergen, where she was found. As it turns out, the woman had gone by at least eight different names, having identification for each. They realized that the code found in her suitcase indicated where and for how long she was staying in different places. Given the details of the case and its proximity to the Cold War, it's no surprise many people theorize the Isdal Woman was a spy of some sort. However, that, and many details of the case, are still unknown to this day.

In the show's True Crime seasons, Bergara focuses on unsolved crimes, particularly well-known cold cases from many years ago. In most episodes, Bergara reads out the story of the case, including evidence the police working on the case used, before presenting a handful of possible suspects and theories, from both the official police reports and the ideas of others, coupled with evidence that can both prove and disprove their involvement. During these cases, Madej will cut in to provide his input, comedic observations, responses, and theories to Bergara, ending the episode with both hosts discussing which theory appears most likely based on the suspects involved.Francisco, Eric (July 28, 2018).
