About this deal

An additional versatility with the Henry range are the bags. You can use the same set of bags throughout the majority of their machines. The wet and dry, the pet hair, and the larger models all use a one-size-fits-all-capacities bag. It makes it easier to shop. Durability & Reliability Aside from the cordless design, it has a 6 litre capacity (which is huge for a cordless), power boost mode, and HepaFlo bags. Like other Henry models, it comes with several tools, such as a crevice nozzle and dusting brush. The bagged design also means it could be a good choice for those with allergies. In the dry it has a hefty storage capacity of 15 litres and a wide range of attachments means it can switch effortlessly between different tasks. It really is a vacuum which can rise to meet just about every challenge you can think of. If you want to get right into corners, then the crevice tool is helpful here. It’s also easy to vacuum skirting boards – just attach the crevice tool or dusting brush to the main wand and away you go.

The Harry has won Which? Best Buy awards for basically being brilliant. It’s good enough at removing pet hair that they give it their stamp of approval. If you decide Charles is the wet and dry vacuum for you, you’ll be getting a great all-in-one vacuum cleaner with plenty of bag capacity. The fact he’s also lighter than George means he’s easier to manoeuvre and carry around. However, Charles is quite a bit lighter than George and doesn’t come with as many accessories as his older brother. The main thing missing with Charles when compared to George is the extra carpet / upholstery cleaner. If this is something you require, then you’d be better off going for George, but if it’s something you don’t feel you need, then Charles is the man for you as he’s generally cheaper than George and lighter.

Henry is probably the most iconic vacuum cleaner in the world. While the cute face catches the eye, Henry has remained popular due to its powerful suction, no-nonsense design and large capacity. Henry is the model that started it all – although he’s had a number of upgrades over the years. With a charming exterior and simple design, you could be forgiven for thinking it can’t compete with more expensive models. As we found in our Henry Hoover review, however, this is far from the case. While the traditional Henry has an A class energy efficiency rating, other models don’t match it. The worst is actually the Harry, which has a C class energy efficiency rating. It is important because a higher consumption vacuum cleaner will use more, costing you more in power. They aren’t as environmentally friendly either, so if being E-friendly is important to you the basic Henry is the better model. Size & Shape

George

Harry is a lot like his older brother Henry except he’s been design specifically for pet lovers. So, if you have a few four-legged friends running around this could be for you. Aside from the turbo tool, the Harry comes with a charcoal filter. This absorbs odours to leave your home smelling fresh after cleaning.
