The tweeter in Spektor 1 is based on an ultra-light weight weaved fabric. Compared to most soft dome tweeters in the market, the DALI dome material is less than half the weight; 0.056 mg per mm2. Seamless Transition But the Spektor 1s will do more. I am going to say something here that is probably going to be treated like heresy. But I will go so far as to say that a pair of Spektor 1s on good 24 inch stands when coupled with a sparkling subwoofer will give you a taste for the sound field that is thrown by a pair of much higher end speakers. And it will do it for a hell of a lot less money. The tweeter also stands out, thanks to its ultra-lightweight weaved fabric material which weighs less than half the industry standard. If you were to touch it, you’d barely know it was there, though we wouldn’t recommend it, for fear of damaging its delicate structure.
