Surfer Boy Pizza, this is Argyle speaking. We make everything fresh here at Surfer Boy, except for our pineapple which comes from a can, but I still recommend slapping some juicy pineapple on. In Season 3, released in 2019, the series had already done something similar when it left a phone on display that also featured a real mailbox. Argyle offered humor right off in his first line: “Hold Onto Your Butts, Brochachos!” he said before speeding off to drive Jonathan, Eleven, and Will to school in his Surfer Boy Pizza van.

The Stranger Things fourth season welcomes a handful of newcomers, but Argyle is undoubtedly one of my favorite additions to the supernatural mayhem. Past seasons had the formula of ‘good triumphs over evil’ down pat, giving viewers the satisfaction of closure. In his free time, Shane loves going for runs and playing with his 16-year-old beagle Butterscotch. Butters for short, she has been the greatest love of his and inspires him everyday, both creatively and emtionally. On top of that, he's now a huge collector. He loves Funko Pop, McFarlane Toys, and Neca's huge line of horror figures. In the last two years he has been going to a lot of conversations to buy an unhealthy amount of figures. This has also allowed him to meet some of his favorite filmmakers/actors like Mike Flanagan, Matthew Lillard, John Carpenter, Grace Caroline Curry, Steve Burns and Kathryn Newton. Not this time. The conclusion of Season 4 is uncharted territory, taking risks and leaving us yearning for more. If you have seen the last season of Stranger Things, you may remember that Argyle drives a van for Surfer Boy Pizza, the pizzeria where he works. On one side of the transport is a phone number.
