If you’re looking to build muscle or get shredded, the changes are you’ll need a protein shake such as Serious Gainz. As the name suggests, this protein is designed for people looking to make gains. The carbs come from malodextrin (would have preferred a superior source here but hey ho), and of this only a relatively small proportion (20g) is derived from sugar. This supplement mixes pretty well although we do recommend using a blender, it tastes good and it doesn’t bloat or sit heavy on your stomach, even though it has plenty of carbs and a hefty dose of protein in each serving.

Are you a hardgainer or ectomorph looking to put on weight and add some serious muscle to your frame? Like 1 serving of Promatrix 7 mixed with 1 scoop of Serious Mass so get 34g+25g protein & 150cal+700cal? The tub is smaller and it is more expensive, but when tasting them side by side, there is no comparison. It’s sweet and rich, but this is par for the course with a high calorie weight gainer, so no real complaints here.
