Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health. Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication. It lasts surpisingly good on clothes, and on the skin it's more random. Sometimes it lasts long sometimes only one full hour... But it's a cheap fragrance from Guess I ain't surprised by this aspect, I knew it was going to be mid on that part. Guess isn't the designer that makes the most high end fragrances, we all know they're strong for making cheap, affordable perfumes that can be tops or flops depending on your tastes. Guess presents a new pillar perfume for women, called Bella Vita. The novelty is announced as an elegant and luxurious scent for a glamorous Guess girl. The concept involves a return to Guess's roots — the vibes of Southern California and the Mediterranean. "Designed like a shot of adrenalin, this perfume instils confidence, elegance, sensuality and femininity at the same time."

Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).

Apparently it is supposed to be a Carolina Herrera Good Girl dupe. Not sure it is a dupe, but few notes are similar. Good Girl just doesn’t have that prominent Sour Cherry but unlike Bella Vita, it has those Cacao/Coffee/Almond notes that helps the fragrances to still set a difference between themselves. But as previously quoted the longetivity of Bella Vita is nothing compared to the excellent lasting power of Good Girl Supreme for example... Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS. No one seems to know this perfume in France or in the fragrance enthusiasts social medias since I saw no one talking about this affordable cheap perfume.
