We've got you covered for 5 years on the burners, 2 years on the firebox and lid and all other parts are covered for 1 year. It’s fun to use and impressively versatile, but there are a few niggles. The unit gets – understandably - extremely hot, meaning the supplied forearm-length gloves are needed constantly whether you’re reaching into the cavity to flip food - the openings aren’t very wide – or more typically, opening and closing the air vents and door clasps. These are small, irritatingly fiddly (when wearing hefty gloves) and detract from an otherwise fantastic cooking experience. Use this removable shelf to keep cooked foods warm, to toast bread or as an indirect cooking surface. Other essential accessories include the half-time charcoal starter and grilling gloves, which protect your hands when barbecuing. With Char-Broil, you can choose between three different types of glove: high-performance grilling gloves, leather grilling gloves and the barbecue mitt. New for this year, the barbecue features an impressive amount of storage, which is compatible with Char-Broil’s Madetomatch range of shelves and storage units that keep everything from griddle pans and pizza stones neaty and safely stowed. If we had any slight criticisms of the Traeger Pro 780, it’s that the handle can also get uncomfortably warm at times. There’s also no built-in storage space for pellets and tools. We’d highly recommend the optional shelf for utensils, adding and removing food and stowing the inevitable cold beverages that accompany those longer weekend cooks. Please note that BBQ's may arrive on a pallet due to the weight and size. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company we use are also unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside. Stainless Steel Burners and Tent– Durable metal burners can take the heat and are built to last. The stainless steel tent protects the burners from dripping juices and helps disperse heat.

Refreshingly, it requires almost no assembly, in fact, all you need to do is screw in the AA battery (included) into the ignition, attach a gas bottle, slot in the dishwasher safe grease guards around the outside and place the enamelled cast-iron grill plates on top. We were up and cooking in under half an hour.
