We craft ‘True River Spirit’ on the banks of the world famous River Test, in the heart of the English countryside in Hampshire. A truly beautiful expression with an exceptionally lively nose, full-bodied and well-rounded layers of fresh grapefruit and pomelo burst from the bottle. Before we get on to how it tasted, let’s be completely honest – this is not your average bottle of gin. The brand recommends drinking this neat, and while I never normally would touch gin without tonic, you absolutely can (and should) drink this neat or with ice.
