If I could change anything, it would be the cords that attach it to the bed as I did find that they lose their tightness after a while. Otherwise I love it! The mattress is rather firm and doesn't have much give, so I'm not sure how comfortable my little girl is, but I would assume she likes it though as she sleeps very well!
