Corn flakes can be low FODMAP but this depends on the serve size and the brand. If you enjoy corn flakes I generally recommend having certified low FODMAP corn flakes. This is because the low FODMAP serve size is bigger (1.5 cups or 42 grams per meal). On the other hand, non-certified low FODMAP cornflakes are only low FODMAP at 1/2 cup (15 grams) per meal. Kellogg’s Corn Flakes and Kellogg’s Gluten Free Corn Flakes are both certified low FODMAP corn flakes.

This combination of your favourite type of fish is simple and full of all the good fats! In terms of the tuna, of course, the spring water one is great and lower calorie, but for added flavour and a pop of spice, use the Sweet Chilli Flavoured Tuna! I'm gluten sensitive (Dermatitis Herpetiformis) and eat these as they have nice flavour and texture. They are not like rice cakes at all. Just melt your favourite chocolate, whether that be milk, dark or white and either spread onto or dip your corn thin into the melted choc! We are salivating just thinking about it.
