Seems like Nintendo good have made this a lot better in two ways- mainly by providing more depth to the game. And- maybe even having a mode where you don't have to use the actual robot. Not everything has to appeal to you, and noone has a gun to your head forcing you to buy it. For younger kids (and even older) I see this as an amazing way to chane it up from traditional videogaming, both in terms of educational purposes and the satisfaction of creating/building something.
