Communication was quick and friendly and the product shipped fast and internationally to a small town where we usually find it difficult to receive mail. She has not yet read the book nor accessed the app, but was so tremendously keen to get on with being a secret agent.Your class must read the extract taken from the story and see which words can be combined to make a contraction. There’s a fun little disclaimer at the start of the book too, suggesting that ‘the contents of this book may or may not be based on a true story…’, sharks attacking internet cables, can you imagine!

My 8 year old grandson loved this book and thought Asha was really cool, especially her secret weapon - a farting selfie stick! I’d say this is wwwwwaaaaayyyyy better then the first one because it was funnier than the first one. Agent Asha herself is an 11-year-old from Wembley, London, who has just been asked to join the largest spy agency in the world! Asha's a coder so she should be able to hack into the biggest tech company in the world, fight deadly sharks and figure out why the Internet has stopped working. My 8 year old really enjoyed these points in the story where he could stop, think and engage a different sort of brain to look through a decision table diagram to see the outcomes or learn more facts about the internet. The Agent Asha set makes a lovely gift, building excitement from the word go – arriving in a mysterious envelope and engaging children in the world of espionage which develops thinking skills and encourages their natural sense of curiosity. This is a great, very realistic game with a mobile application that’s working really well and providing lots of interaction and learning. He was absolutely sucked in from the moment he opened his personalised secret agent letter (even refusing to tell us what was inside - far too top secret for that! Your class will read the passage and punctuate the sentences by adding in capital letters, commas, exclamation marks, question marks, inverted commas, apostrophes and full stops.

Agent Asha: Mission Shark Bytes eBook : Deen, Sophie, Sarkar

will definitely give a worthy chuckle to the spy equipment that Asha’s given, such as a selfie stick that only responds to the owners’ handling, otherwise it emits a horrible stench, which I just found hilarious! We bought the Detective Dot Spy Megapack as a present for my son's 8th birthday and I would definitely recommend it. I love the innovation behind it, such a great way to get the little ones more into coding, imaginative thinking and STEM! The Guardian praises it as a " rip-roaring secret agent caper for seven-plus," while Vogue finds it " ideal for any budding adventurers. From the moment they receive their TOP SECRET envelope and you are shooed away, you know they're hooked.

Asha is determined, clever and she like does it by her own rules because she's not a CSA agent yet so she doesn't exactly need to follow the rules but she does need to follow some protocols. The book features Asha a coding genius from a British Indian family who is recruited to join the top secret Children’s Spy Agency. I loved this book so much and it’s really good because it shows that girls can be detectives too and not just boys. This issue has been reported to our tech team who are looking to resolve and fix any bugs as soon as possible.
