Dolby Vision needs at least 1000 nits for a small screen segment. We pushed the screen to the max and got 800 nits in 2% of the screen. It is not bright enough, so you lose quite a lot of definition in shadows and highlights. As a result, you’re better off choosing the more accurate Dark HDR mode, and simply selecting the highest brightness setting.
