Magic Diamond Painting 💎 is a fresh take on classic diamond painting & coloring games . Explore the world of dazzling diamond art works and start your diamond painting journey today! In each game, players have two cards in their hand. In the voting stage, players reveal which card they want to do, continue exploring or return to camp. I love this tension as you look around trying to read what everyone else is going to play. Well now, that tension becomes even greater. Each player now has a third card. A betrayal! Once per game you get to play a betrayal. In the vote phase, you may decide to play your betrayal card and before everyone else gets a chance to reveal, all betrayal cards are flipped and put in front of another player. If that player has chosen to leave then you steal up to ten of their rubies as they leave, putting them directly into your chest, and then you continue exploring the cave. Your betrayal card is then taken out of the game. If they have chosen to continue or if more than one player has played the betrayal card on the same person then nothing happens but you still lose the card. I love this tiny addition. Yes it can be mean but you only get to do it once and it isn’t guaranteed it will work anyway. Each player counts the Precious Stones they put in their Chest, as well as those on the Relic cards they gathered, and converts them into victory points:
Later in the same round, when a second Snake card is revealed, all explorers in the cave take off running, abandoning their treasures, and the expedition ends. A face-down card in the tableau cannot be overturned and played until the face-up card on top of it is removed. Game Play
Rubies that you gather during the Expedition are put next to your Chest and can be lost. It's only when you return prudently (or shamefully) to camp that you can put your Precious Stones safely in your Chest. Either way, if you get a chance, then I strongly recommend you give the game a try. I doubt that you will be disappointed. Useful Links
Precious Stones are represented by Rubies worth 1 point and Diamonds worth 5. Only Rubies can be found in the cave, but you can exchange five Rubies for one Diamond at any time. If multiple players are leaving at the same time, no one takes the Relic cards. However, if only one player leaves, they take all Relics in the cave, which give them Diamonds as follows: Place Kings into empty columns. Only Kings or a group of sequenced cards with a King can be played in empty columns. Create precious items of jewelry by linking 3 or more charms of the same color and complete the goal before you run out of moves!

The feeling is great when you escape the depths, heavy with loot and pour it all into your little chest. Plus it's fun watching everyone shake them between rounds to gauge who is winning.
