I found out afterwards that this was the second book in the Grimwood series but that didn’t bother at all. You can easily read this book without having read the previous one. It was a fast-paced book, delightfully decorated with illustrations fitting with the story. I thought this was a very loveable story. Oh, and also.. Mr. Silver is kind of an ass 😌
