About this deal

I may have been raised at the height of ‘the troubles’ in Northern Ireland but I have no concept of life in a war zone. Zora is a 55 year old artist who teaches art at college and loves to paint bridges and nature scenes in her spare time.

However, he discovers that elderly pillars of the British establishment are meeting unexpected deaths through participation in reckless risk taking and accidents. As such we must take his shocking finding seriously: That Baltimore continues to experience deep hyper segregation that is rooted in past practices and perpetuated by current policies and attitudes; and that we tolerate this at our own peril.

We see Zora, the artist, as she continues to paint and to teach art, until her workplace is destroyed and her art takes on a different form. Louis and Cleveland, as well as its adoption of increasingly oppressive techniques from cities like Chicago.I appreciated that the author presents detailed recommended solutions towards addressing the racial inequality in Baltimore. But there is a quality to it that frustrates me because I only relate to half of it and think it could appeal to a wider range of people if the wording was altered a little.
