After aging for 28 months to 24 months in Weller 12yr and Rittenhouse Rye barrels, we blended to taste and infused the beer 4 times with raw and toasted coconut and then finished it with Mexican Vanilla Beans. Elegant and harmonious, the pale yellow liquid with green hints, the stylish yet familiar bottle never fails to impress.

Brewed with Monson’s own Maxwell Road Maple Grade A Dark Amber Maple syrup, Good Morning pours pitch black in the glass with a creamy mousse-like head. Brut Impérial is Moët et Chandon's benchmark Champagne, created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines (held back from older vintages) specially selected to enhance their mature character, complexity and consistency. The flavor starts as a blast of milk chocolate, sweet maple syrup, and rich fresh coffee as deeper complexities are uncovered as it warms.

Double Barrel Very Special Old Jacket is a cuvée of barrel-aged English Barleywines aged between one and three years before blending and rebarreling in Templeton Rye barrels for an additional eighteen months. Imperial Stout brewed with coconut, then aged for 14 months in Weller 12 and Rittenhouse Rye barrels before being infused again with toasted and raw coconut.
