Then you’ve got games like Volified on the Taito device and 1942 on the Capcom device which have a thinner vertical aspect ratio and considering the screen is already pretty small, these games make the screen look even smaller which isn’t exactly ideal. As well as featuring different game selections, they also look distinct too, with both versions having a different colour scheme which not only makes it easy to differentiate them but also adds in a collectible element.
