Don’t beg and never chase. Instead, focus on bettering yourself and attracting what you want because a person living their best life is like a magnet to great opportunities and amazing people. I really like Adam's sense of humour and rather harsh way to cut down to the basic truth. Everything he says is true, but so many of us either do not want to or are not able to hear such hard words. Because at the end of the day, the way we live our lives is up to everyone individually. But it is easier to blame everyone else. Your life = your responsibility. What you choose to do, to listen to, to accept, to tolerate, is up to you. It is so raw and totally authentic with no fluffy words, its very straight to the point but thats why its so good!

It's a good snappy reminder of how you can be effective at life - to be honest, it's a short listen so I'll probably listen to it a few times when I need reminding of a load of these concepts without having to dedicate time to a whole/more complex book.

Name But we are sure that it is not available and his spouse’s name is not available. Now, his relationship is perfect. We have no more information about his spouse. The author shared true wisdom i.e. thoughts that we too might know but we never think of or pay attention to them as a writer has shown. I love Adam’s online content but most of that is already in this book, I think the journal points at the end of the book are great so I’m looking forward forward to using those.. maybe the rating will go up following that? Savage Wisdom will slap you in the face, change the way you see the world, then give you a big loving hug.

Savage Wisdom is like nothing I have ever read before. Right from the start its so gripping, making you question your ways of thinking, your behaviours and most importantly how you view yourself and the world. I love love the IG account but less than thrilled with the book and how it was written. Good talking points however. Rather Generic It's literally a collection of all the other similar books I've read without the fluff. Kind of like a self help anthology. If you're into these types of books you won't find anything new here. My friend lent me this book at just the right time, I finished it in one day and felt a spark of hope & joy after.
