About this deal

Starting in 2020, the Real Grade line expanded beyond the Gundam franchise with mecha from Rebuild of Evangelion and The King of Braves GaoGaiGar. From here onward, the Real Grade logo was modified to exclude "144", even though the Gundam releases are still exclusively 1/144 scale.

The Sazabi in the Mobile Suit Gundam Twilight Axis ONA is based on the Hajime Katoki (Ver. Ka) redesign. The Ver. Ka is based on the 2012 Gundam Front Tokyo Dome-G design. In Super Robot Wars 3, if the player is able to rescue the UFO Robo Grendizer character Rubina, she'll show her thanks by delivering the Sazabi to the team. Char, as Quattro Bajeena, will make the odd comment that it's "his favorite Mobile Suit". Ka’s armor panels many of the lines are actual separations between two separate pieces of armor, which I could line, but could look pretty silly when the armor is vented open for an action pose.

Gunpla review: RG Sazabi | Goonhammer

Sinanju and 00 Qan[T] have been the only Real Grade releases within five years of their source material that were not a retooling of an existing Real Grade. chi tiết cao, có khung xương chuyển động linh hoạt. Ráp theo kiểu bấm khớp, không cần dùng keo dán. Later reissues of the Gunpla from September 2018 onwards will feature a blue-colored Bandai Spirits logo. Later reprints from mid-2022 will also feature a Bandai Namco logo.

The Metal Structure figure features sub-arms under the front skirts. In addition, the figure's "full maintenance" mode resembles the Nightingale's profile. In the SRW Z series, Char's is barred from using the Sazabi for plot reasons in Z1 and both Z2 games, where he remains in his Quattro guise. He finally obtains use of the Sazabi with the first part of Z3 and retains in in the final part of the series.

First, obviously, this leads to Amuro beating the everloving shit out of Char. In mobile suits on an equal footing, Amuro goes absolutely beast mode and stomps him into the dirt. When he tries to eject (the Sazabi has a basketball-shaped escape pod in the head), Amuro just grabs the thing and dribbles it around for a while. There is basically no stupider move in the entire Universal Century than trying to step to Amuro Goddamn Ray, a lesson that Char should have remembered from their showdowns over the years, but evidently needs to be re-taught regularly. Ad Stella | Advanced Generation | After Colony | After War | Anno Domini | Build Fighters | Correct Century | Cosmic Era | Future Century | Mars Century | Post Disaster | Regild Century | SD Gundam | Universal Century In terms of series release, the most recent mobile suit to receive a Real Grade kit is GAT-X105B Build Strike Gundam. In the SRW Alpha series, this rule is both obeyed and broken, depending on game. In the first game, the Sazabi is a secret unit for Char. It is only acquirable via legitimate means on the "Easy" mode of Alpha Gaiden, otherwise the highest comparable unit he could upgrade to is the Nu Gundam (as Amuro can get either the Nu Gundam HWS/Hi-Nu Gundam depending on difficulty in a certain stage). Alpha 2 allows Char (as an enemy) to use the Nightingale instead of the Sazabi if certain conditions are met. Char is canonically dead by Alpha 3, but the Sazabi can still be possibly obtained for use by the player, though the Nightingale cannot. During the planning stage of the movie, the Sazabi was originally named "Zanac" or "The Nac" (ザ・ナック in Japanese). Due to trademark issues, this name was never used and "Sazabi" was then chosen. We’ve talked about Amuro Ray, and we’ve talked about Kamille Bidan, and now we have to talk about the connective tissue that binds them together. Other than uhh, the direct connection they have, from working together and knowing each other. Look, I didn’t think this bit all the way through, but roll with me. Rival to Amuro, mentor to Kamille, it’s everyone’s favorite ice cold psychopath from outer space: the Red Comet himself, Char Aznable. The Origin Advent of the Red Comet | Mobile Suit Gundam | Zeta Gundam | Gundam ZZ | Gundam Unicorn RE:0096 | Victory Gundam The Psycho-Frame is a technology that builds the brainwave-to-machine code translator known as Psycommu into the atom-level of the metal frame of a Mobile Suit. This allows a Newtype pilot to control the mobile suit as if it were his/her own body.

Characters | Human Enhancements | Locations | Mobile Suits — Operating Systems | Nations and Factions | Superweapons | Technology | Warships and Spacecraft Currently no Real Grade kits based on Mobile Suits from the After War, Correct Century, Advanced Generation, Regild Century, Post Disaster or Ad Stella timelines have been produced or released. With the exception of Mobile Suits that have only appeared in manga, currently all Real Grade kits are from productions that have received an English dub. Unfortunately some of the color-accuracy is lost in the translation to clear parts – there should be a couple of shades of red here, and with the clear plastic there still is, but it’s impossible to see the different shades with the naked eye. Styling is reminiscent of the Ver.Ka design, but different in spots. A few of the flourishes and opening panels made it, but not all of them. It’s a nice design, and still similar enough that often the only way to tell the difference between the MG and the RG in photographs is what gun it’s holding: if you see the rifle, that’s the MG, but if you see the shotgun and have nothing else to provide a sense of scale, it could go either way. One of the least-grounded technologies in Gundam, the psychoframe is a kind of psychically-reactive metal. It’s never explained how any of this works, but the upshot is that if you think hard enough about murder while sitting inside a Faraday cage, you become a wizard. Neo-Zeon developed it for the Sazabi exclusively, but here Char’s evil masterminding runs directly aground on his self-defeating dipshit tendencies. Classic. What happens is that after thrashing Amuro in an early battle, he decides that it would be cool to have a “fair fight”, and just gives him the plans for the psychoframe. This has two major consequences, one that anyone could have seen coming, and another less predictable.

Characters | Locations | Mobile Suits | Nations and Factions | Technology | Warships and Spacecraft To put that in more concrete terms, the Sazabi at 1/144 absolutely towers over almost all other suits in the same scale. It’s nearly the same size as an average 1/100. I don’t have one handy to compare, but the MG Sazabi Ver.Ka is almost as big as a smaller 1/60 PG. Some of the smaller sunken details showing exhaust ports or implied light lenses are almost impossible to clean up any wash that didn’t stay neatly in the lines leaving a sloppy look to those small areas. After Char Aznable, the legendary Zeon ace, reappears in the early U.C. 0090s and establishes the second Neo Zeon movement, Char commissioned Anaheim Electronics to produce a custom-designed mobile suit specifically for his Newtype abilities and superb piloting skills. Painted in his trademark red color scheme and insignia. The Sazabi was used by Char to personally lead the Neo Zeon forces in the battle against the Earth Federation's Londo Bell Task Force and especially against his old archrival Amuro Ray and his RX-93 ν Gundam, which was also equipped with a Psycho-Frame system. However, it would be more accurate to say he led defensive actions against Londo Bell. As Char's Neo Zeon did not have the manpower or the resources to fight extensive battles to claim territory, they instead relied on the strategy of accelerating asteroids and dropping them on the Earth to create a nuclear winter. Londo Bell would launch its forces and attempt to destroy the asteroids, but they were aggressively guarded by the AMS-119 Geara Doga mobile suits of Neo Zeon, led by the MSN-03 Jagd Doga and Char's MSN-04 Sazabi.
