Hellsing is about an organization that hunts vampires that's placed in Britain. It starts off by introducing a character named Alucard, he is the strongest vampire hunter in the organization. But the catch is that Alucard is a vampire himself, a very old and experienced one at that (even though he looks young). He’s on a mission to kill a vampire that was turning people into ghouls and he came across a human female that was seriously injured, Alucard gave her a choice to become a vampire or die. So obviously she chose to live, Alucard doesn’t normally offer this to people so it’s very mysterious why he did it and it’s not explained why he offered her the choice in the first volume. Indeed, the manga is a treat for gun enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates some stunning displays of violence. Alucard, though ostensibly the protagonist, is not a “good guy.” He is a servant to the Hellsing Organization, answering specifically to Integra, but he has no qualms about killing anyone who gets in his way, and he delights in destruction. In fact, he and Integra’s butler, Walter, had defeated Millennium once before, and Alucard delights in the prospect that he can do battle with them once again. During publication, 95 chapters were submitted and released in multiple issues of Young King OURs. However, these 95 chapters would later be condensed into 10 tankōbon Volumes and the chapters were also condensed into 89 chapters instead. Combining the total number of condensed chapters with the Crossfire special released in Volumes 1 - 3 of the manga, the total number of chapters is 92. The wiki uses the tankōbon Volumes chapters numbering, not the magazines.

I am not going to talk a lot about the story much because if you are interested in the Deluxe edition you’ve probably read the original series already. Basically this volume is all out war, and vast portions of London are destroyed. This volume also includes the big reveal about what Alucard actually is.

They are wrapped in a bold red pleather, which is almost in this blood-red color. The Hellsing logo looks incredible and it really looks as though it’s been slashed and the cross in the center looks as if it’s embossed into the volumes.
