These ceramic beans can be used to fill pastry cases to prevent blistering and shrinkage during baking. Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.Using beans ensures the pastry doesn’t shrink from the sides and stops bubbles forming on the pastry base.
