About this deal

Bon Bon’s Gourmet fudge. Caramel and sea salt fudge made with soya milk. Comes in Belgian chocolate flavour too. But we were won over by some of M&S' chocolates - such as the Milk Creme, Caramel Fudge and Strawberry Creme.

Strawberry delight sweets are dark chocolate rounds filled with creamy strawberry fondant. Here are some vegan options that don’t use milk: I weighed Nestle Quality Street chocolates from a 650g tub to get an average weight per chocolate for each type. Line a silicone mould or ice cube tray with some melted vegan chocolate. Once that’s hardened, fill it with vegan caramel and a whole hazelnut. Cover with more melted vegan chocolate and leave to set before popping out of the tray. Individual larger versions of the more popular chocolates are now manufactured and sold separately, as an extension to the brand, such as a bar based on the Purple One.That’s a lot of ingredients and a LOT of milk! If you fancy creating your own dairy-free chocolate box this Christmas, here’s a list of the Quality Street sweets alongside a vegan alternative. However, we sat and counted - yes all of them - and Quality Street had 66 chocolates inside, while M&S had 57. I counted the chocolates in a 650g tub of Nestle Quality Street to find out how many chocolates you get per tub and here are the results: The Green Triangle - A classic hazelnut noisette this is lovely although, just in case this article wasn't controversial enough, for me it has to come from the fridge. Orange Crisp - The crispiness of this brings it up the list into a solid mid-level spot. So often fruit based chocolates can be a bit bland and dull but this is a good one.

Please note, calorie figures are not exact and are based on averages from the nutritional information available. Quality Street Chocolate Type Onto the box that led to the development of Heroes - Celebrations launched two years prior to the Cadbury equivalent. Jeavons Toffee. This was surprisingly the only vegan soft toffee I could find from the UK! I’ve never personally tried it but it looks and sounds like a great Quality Street toffee finger alternative. Melt in your mouth praline chocolates in individually wrapped, bite-sized form. Such was his enthusiasm that he suggested they remove the strawberry or orange flavours from the tins, longstanding favourites of which he is not a fan, and replace them with the white chocolate. To illustrate the differences between the two eras of selection boxes, Roses, like Quality Street, had their flavours specifically made and wrapped in coloured foil compared to Celebrations and Heroes later using brands that already existed. Kakoa jaffa orange truffles. These truffles are made with oat milk. They’re rich, decadent and creamy with a burst of zesty orange flavour.

Strawberry Delight - Never has something been so incorrectly named. There is nothing delightful here.

Are Quality Street chocolates gluten free?

With nearly three months to go until Christmas, Quality Street said it decided to introduce the new flavour to meet consumer demand. The new variety becomes the brand’s 12th flavour after one of the toffee flavours was discontinued last year. Almond Octagon (purple wrapper, replaced with Vanilla Octagon, although the latter is now discontinued as well) The Purple One - Luscious caramel wrapped in chocolate and hazelnut hiding in the middle. Chocolate perfection
