About this deal

If you break it down into monthly payments over time, it's much more manageable than you might think.

Other available sounds include organs, strings, vibraphone, and harpsichords, so there is plenty to play around with. This keyboard does feature a handy record function for recording a song and playing it back - ideal for those using the Yamaha NP-12 for learning the piano. The NP32 is a clear winner as it is a keyboard with more keys and better sensitivity technology, it also has the benefit of sound power, however, if your focus is on portability or time of use with batteries the NP12 might be the best choice for you. The keys on the Korg B2N are nothing to be excited about but I don’t think they are inferior to those found on the NP-32. See there is no digital keyboard / piano with 61 textured keys on the market, besides Go: Piano / Keys, correct?

The 61-key keyboard (a conventional piano has 88 keys) is perfect for playing pop tunes or simple classical pieces. Online demos show off the superb velocity sensitivity of the NP-32, but I personally needed to pay extra attention to nail down my dynamics. Its keys don’t feel quite as solid as the NP-12’s, and the design is a little more plastic-looking than the solid black or white options available in the NP-12. If you are looking for a digital piano to practice wherever you want the Yamaha NP12 is a very good choice.

The entire ethos of the NP-12 is to be as simple as it can be, with only the sounds and buttons you really need - and we must admit we love this. Maybe you want to learn how to play the piano, but the keys feel so heavy you think your fingers will tire out; or maybe you think your fingers aren’t strong enough to achieve sufficiently strong fortes. Regardless, there’s an argument to be made for building up finger strength and having these keys might be good for newcomers. Again, it’s 2020, so I expect some form of connectivity via Bluetooth, but I can’t complain too much with these slightly older models, so it’s not a huge deal. Furthermore, using the sustain pedal, sound effects (Reverb, Chorus), dual-mode (layering), and even the metronome ticking sound takes up additional notes of polyphony. If you can live without half-pedaling (which is not important for beginners), you can go with the Nektar NP-2, a cheap but well-built sustain pedal with a universal switch that works with any keyboard out there. ELEGANCE AND SIMPLICITY– Yamaha Piaggero NP-12 is simple and stylish digital home keyboard for beginners, combining practical design with quality sound that goes everywhere with you. What hasn't changed, however, is the distinctively great sound, portability and compact design of the Piaggero Series.

Connecting via optional extras the Apple Camera Connection Kit or Yamaha's Bluetooth wireless connector. Of course, as you'd expect, you can layer two of these sounds together to create more complex voicings. This is great for analysing your performance levels, highlighting just how suitable the NP-12 is for beginners and novices looking to become more skilled. At the end of your contract when you've made your final payment, the instrument or equipment is all yours. The PSR-E353 has a few hundred voice and sound options, ranging from ones similar to that of the NP-12’s, all the way to drums, synthesizers, and sound effects.Ex Demo / Open Box products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and are usually supplied with the factory accessories and packaging. There is a Mozart-esque Harpsichord sound that plucks along nicely, giving the listener a Baroque-era type of pomp and frill.
