You've Got the Juice Now (1080p, 19:12): A retrospective that explores the movie's roots, the script, the style, story and themes, cast the studio has released the film to the UHD format dubbed a "30th Anniversary" edition. New specifications for this release include 2160p/Dolby Beetlejuice, Beetle Juice, Betelgeuse. However you want to spell it, Tim Burton's 1988 haunted house comedy marked the director as a genuine auteur with a unique cinematic voice. Although his first feature film 'Pee-wee's Big Adventure' was a box office hit in 1985, that movie was based on an existing comic character from creator and star Paul Reubens. His second film 'Beetlejuice' is a more purely Burtonian creation, with all the signature elements of his filmmaking style fully-formed and brought to life on screen.

Dealing with some taboo subjects for its time, Beetlejuice hinted at some strong feelings underneath the laughs that brought these characters to a relatable arena and made sense in a non-sensible universe. It's quite amazing. A Spanish dub is included in 2.0 Dolby Digital. Optional English, English SDH, Spanish and French subtitles display in a white font. Extras Beetlejuice comes with a brand new 2160p UHD transfer with HDR10 that is simply outstanding. Another wonderful element to this new 4K release is the restoration to its original aspect ratio of 1.85:1 that looks amazing. This is one of those films where the use of color plays a character in the film and this HDR10 color enhancement allows the beautiful array of colors to shine, making this the best this film has ever looked. some scenes looking densely grainy and others fairly clean. Still, the picture holds to a pleasing filmic texture for the most part, and details are very offering a light, evenly dispersed grain structure with only mild spike to it. Details are excellent.
