To the north of the carnival area, buses start from the Prince of Wales public house on Harrow Road. To the south of the carnival area, buses start from Notting Hill Gate. This carnival bunting spells out the words ‘Happy Carnival’ and features lots of lovely and colourful carnival illustrations.
