About this deal

Choose from one-piece or two-piece (right and left) split type of the engine exhaust cover “Normandy Cowling’’. I cut the BESA mount of the Bronco Turret, and have drilled through too fit the Aber mg, also fitted the Aber 17 Pounder, the AA one is in the bin, struggled with the birdcage sight, so leaving it as a damaged one, bit of artistic licence. Cast metal armor surfaces on the hull and turret front are realistically depicted, as is the shape of the canvas gun shield cover. We are pleased to announce that we are once again accepting applications to visit Tamiya Head Office, Comets took part in the March 1945 Allied crossing of the Rhine, providing vital infantry support fire; I've already painted the tools and hatches, ready to be fitted later. Usual sort of thing, light wood colour with streaking of a dark brown to create the wood grain. Would the tool handles be bare wood or painted green?? )

I base-coated the tank with Model Master Olive Drab (No. 1711) and over-sprayed it with Tamiya NATO Green (No. XF-67). The decals went on without problems over a coat of clear gloss.Crisp surface detail is present throughout including convincing cast and rolled armour plate texture where appropriate Take a look at the powerful Comet from the rear, the 77mm gun oozing menace in detailed 1/35 scale.

The 61st All Japan Model & Hobby Show is now over. Thanks to all of you who attended or followed online!meet our depiction of the astounding F-35A Lightning II, with loads of images and a run-down on kit details provided! Extensive study of full-size Comets underpins this accurate rendering of the boxy hull with larger turret and 77mm gun. Markings are supplied for two vehicles in overall SCC15 British Olive Drab. These are boith based in North Western Europe in 1945. While German forces had dangerous Tigers and Panthers prowling the battlefield, by the end of the conflict the British were fielding a capable answer: the Comet. With a hull based upon that of the Cromwell and a new, larger turret accomodating the Q.F. 77mm gun, it was a formidable proposition indeed. Comets took part in the March 1945 Allied crossing of the Rhine, providing vital infantry support fire; crews are said to have been happy with the balance of firepower, survivability and mobility it provided.
