Get rid of ungodly TV shows, ungodly magazine articles, ungodly music, and ungodly conversations. If we put nothing but God in our hearts and minds through worship, prayer, fellowship, and serving, we’ll find our worries dissipate. Few people take the opportunity to do this, but after dealing with stress all week it can be a great and somewhat funny tool for making sure that you can just let loose.
