There are several things that UNC might stand for, but to me none of them suggests a rating scale. Open to suggestions, of course. In other words, we ourselves are community of microbes, and therefore we are microcosms which are repeatedly born and destroyed just like the universe. We are generally intolerant of those ‘small things’ that are within the range visible to the naked eye. The title text suggests that a score at this level had been graded on a curve, which bumped its rating up to "Venti", which is on the table, two steps below "Least concern". This would be an extraordinary example of such a curve, pushing the score from approximately 2/10 to almost 8/10. This could only happen if the exam was extremely difficult, meaning most results were significantly below 2/10. Although various scholars have been speculating and studying the universe for ages and defining it though measurement, Characters/Weapons who can destroy a city, or those who can easily harm characters with city level durability. The lower bounds of this category is called Universe level+ or "Low 2-C". This is for characters who can destroy and/or create the entire space-time of one universe, not just the physical matter within one.The explanation had A+ listed as a credit rating, but it's in the wrong spot to be the A+ credit rating, and likely refers to the A+ grade instead. You know, the F grade oughta fit in between 5 and 6. At least on the American scale, any score below 60% is considered an F.
